Founded by Paul Simpson with the opening of Med Grill Royal Oak in 1997. Top Shelf Management has since opened Glo Restaurant + Lounge in 2006 and Boom + Batten Restaurant and Café in 2019 with most recently taking over management of the Loghouse Pub in 2022. For twelve years, Top Shelf Management has extended beyond the walls of our restaurants offering group purchasing through Top Shelf Hospitality.
